Delete your Northstar account
Northstar lets you request deletion in the Android app: open More → Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my account, review the warning, and confirm.
If you cannot access the app, email ppandya@synergyb.com from the email address on your Northstar account with the subject Northstar account deletion request. We will verify that you control the account before acting.
What is deleted
- Your profile and authentication sessions.
- Linked-account connections and protected provider tokens.
- Accounts, balances, transactions, holdings, budgets, goals, categories, rules, alerts, notifications, consents and subscription-entitlement records associated with your account.
What may be retained
After the stated deletion grace period, personal and financial records are removed. A minimal user-detached security or legal record may be retained only when necessary for fraud prevention, security, accounting, or another legal obligation. Google Play and RevenueCat retain purchase records under their own policies.
Export a copy first in More → Settings → Privacy & data → Export all my data if you need one. Once deletion completes, the deleted data cannot be restored.
